\u00a0La Vicedirecci\u00f3n segunda tendr\u00e1 car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico, bajo la supervisi\u00f3n general de la Direcci\u00f3n, y asumir\u00e1 competencias en las siguientes materias:<\/p>\n

    1. Direcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de los servicios de promoci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n de proyectos y divulgaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica.<\/li>\n
    2. Asesoramiento en materia de gesti\u00f3n de I+D+I a la direcci\u00f3n, gerencia y comunidad investigadora.<\/li>\n
    3. Confecci\u00f3n de informes, memorias y solicitudes en materia de infraestructura cient\u00edfico-t\u00e9cnica.<\/li>\n
    4. Propuestas a la Direcci\u00f3n de mejoras e inversiones en materia de servicios y equipos cient\u00edficos o t\u00e9cnicos, incluyendo la creaci\u00f3n y supresi\u00f3n de esos servicios y la adquisici\u00f3n de equipamiento cient\u00edfico o t\u00e9cnico.<\/li>\n
    5. Edici\u00f3n y revisi\u00f3n de pliegos t\u00e9cnicos y documentaci\u00f3n administrativa para la adquisici\u00f3n de equipamiento en licitaciones p\u00fablicas.<\/li>\n
    6. Gesti\u00f3n y homogenizaci\u00f3n de las adquisiciones centralizadas de equipamiento inform\u00e1tico a trav\u00e9s de Patrimonio del Estado.<\/li>\n
    7. Direcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de los servicios t\u00e9cnicos centrales y del equipamiento cient\u00edfico-t\u00e9cnico de uso com\u00fan.<\/li>\n
    8. Gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de la unidad de Excelencia Mar\u00eda de Maeztu (MdM).<\/li>\n
    9. Coordinaci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n y en su caso registro de las actividades que componen la Productividad por Cumplimiento de Objetivos (PCO) del Centro.<\/li>\n
    10. Gesti\u00f3n integral biling\u00fce de proyectos europeos a trav\u00e9s de los portales de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, as\u00ed como de la coordinaci\u00f3n de su justificaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y financiera.<\/li>\n
    11. Gesti\u00f3n de las Relaciones de puestos de trabajo (RPT-CSIC) del CABD (comisiones de servicios, adscripciones provisionales, desconcentraciones, etc) y de la elaboraci\u00f3n de los perfiles de puestos de trabajo que permitan su correcta cobertura en los procesos selectivos correspondientes.<\/li>\n
    12. Coordinaci\u00f3n de los servicios asociados a la Tecnolog\u00eda de la Informaci\u00f3n y las Comunicaciones del CABD as\u00ed como de la asignaci\u00f3n de roles en aplicaciones corporativas y en las Bases de datos Institucionales.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n
