--smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 200\/200;\" \/><\/a>El Comit\u00e9 Externo de Asesoramiento Cient\u00edfico es un \u00f3rgano colegiado de asesoramiento de car\u00e1cter externo integrado por un m\u00ednimo de cuatro y un m\u00e1ximo de ocho investigadores\/as de prestigio internacional cuya funci\u00f3n es asesorar, y en su caso evaluar, sobre la actividad cient\u00edfica del Instituto y prestar asesoramiento a requerimiento de la Comisi\u00f3n Rectora, sus miembros y la Direcci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Sus miembros, incluido el que ejerza su presidencia, ser\u00e1n nombrados y cesados por acuerdo un\u00e1nime de la Comisi\u00f3n Rectora, a propuesta de la Direcci\u00f3n, que \u00e9sta formular\u00e1 o\u00eddos la Junta y el Claustro Cient\u00edfico. El nombramiento tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de cuatro (4) a\u00f1os prorrogable por otros 4.
