Le informamos, en cumplimiento de lo estipulado por el Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (RGPD):<\/p>\n
Los datos de car\u00e1cter personal ser\u00e1n tratados por el Centro Andaluz de Biolog\u00eda del Desarrollo e incorporados a la actividad de tratamiento \u00abConsultas de informaci\u00f3n general\u00bb cuya finalidad es la tramitaci\u00f3n de la consulta formulada. Finalidad basada en el ejercicio de las competencias que ejerce este organismo.<\/p>\n
Los datos de car\u00e1cter personal pueden ser comunicados a otros servicios competentes de otras Administraciones, cuando sea necesario para atender su consulta. Los datos se conservar\u00e1n durante el tiempo necesario para cumplir con la finalidad para la que se han recabado.<\/p>\n
Entre esas obligaciones se incluye nombrar a un delegado de protecci\u00f3n de datos y comunicarlo a la AEPD. El delegado de protecci\u00f3n de datos del CSIC es Jos\u00e9 L\u00f3pez Calvo.<\/p>\n
La normativa tambi\u00e9n requiere que se haga p\u00fablico por medios electr\u00f3nicos el inventario de actividades de tratamiento. A trav\u00e9s de los siguientes enlaces se puede acceder a los correspondientes a la organizaci\u00f3n central del CSIC (pdf) y a los correspondientes a los Centros e Institutos del CSIC (pdf). En el caso de que se desee ejercer un derecho de acceso rectificaci\u00f3n, supresi\u00f3n, oposici\u00f3n o limitaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de realizar cualquier operaci\u00f3n relacionada con la gesti\u00f3n de sus datos personales, puede ponerse en contacto con el delegado de protecci\u00f3n de datos a trav\u00e9s del siguiente formulario de contacto.<\/p>\n
El CSIC ha cumplimentado los restantes requerimientos existentes en materia de protecci\u00f3n de datos, entre ellos la creaci\u00f3n de flujos internos para la comunicaci\u00f3n de cualquier brecha de seguridad, los correspondientes an\u00e1lisis de riesgos, con la adopci\u00f3n de las medidas de seguridad pertinentes en funci\u00f3n de los detectados, as\u00ed como la realizaci\u00f3n de estudios de \u201cevaluaci\u00f3n de impacto sobre la privacidad\u201d en los supuestos en que se ha considerado que existen riesgos, que se han detectado principalmente vinculados al tratamiento de datos en el marco de algunos proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
